Details

Kathleen Reef, named after a nearby wreck, the Kathleen, is a bommie with its top in around 12 metres of water. We descended the mooring line and droped to around 25 metres down one side of the bommie. We then swam around the bommie in a counter-clockwise direction, slowly ascending. There was a very strong current for the whole dive and much of the time we had to drag ourselves over the bottom. The safetly stop on the mooring line was hard work.
