Details

This was a more relaxed dive a long the deep wall on the south west of the island around to the north of the island.

We jumped near the south east corner, swam to the sand line and headed north west along the wall. We made sure we stayed close to the wall this time and also kept an eye on the compass. Part way along the wall, John found a tiny red-line bubble shell and a Hypsledoris obscura nudibranch and then I found a yellow painted angler nearby. That was my 7th painted angler of the year (and ever) and first one at Bare Island.

We made quick progress and were already on the up "ramp" on the north east of the island when we hit 100 bar. We also saw a huge ray there.

With so much air left, we headed back down the ramp and looked around the reef on the corner.

We came back up the ramp, swum around the northern side of the island to the cutaway in the rock where we exited.
