The Leap looked great, yet again, for an afternoon dive. There was not much swell and the water looked quite clear.

We jumped in at The Leap and after adding a bit of weight to Sally we were able to descend. We headed at 60° to the sand line and ended up at the amphitheatre. From there we headed towards The Steps. I tried to find "Alex", the painted angler, but couldn't find it. Fortunately, Sally found it.

We then headed to the rock behind Seahorse Rock to find "Rosie" and "Bob", the pot-bellied seahorses in their usual location. A bit further on we found "Lucy" on her usual rock.

We swam on to the rock with the other pot-bellied seahorses and found all three: "Southern Cross", "Pierre" and "Richie". There was also a yellow boxfish in the area.

We continued on towards The Steps and I showed the pineapplefish to Sheree and Sally. We then cruised to the hollow with the pygmy pipehorses. I initially couldn't find any and then Sheree spotted one - probably the female. We had a quick look for the male but couldn't find it.

Further along I found the rock with the pygmy pipehorse that Di had shown me on Monday and then found the pygmy pipehorse in the same location on the rock.

We headed to the boulders and Plesiastrea colony for our safety stop and we had a bit of fun while waiting for the time to expire.

We exited at The Steps.
