Kim and I got in on the northern side of the island, surface swam along the shore and then descended to the sand line about half way to the outboard motor. The visibility was long around 5 metres but it was warm.

We swam to and past the outboard motor going up over the shelf and around the corner past the boulders. At the top of slope I tried to find the pygmies we'd seen previously but could not find either of them.

We headed down the slope. At the third rock with the pink sea tulips I found the male pygmy pipehorse (IL2015101401) in his usual spot low down on the rock. I looked and looked but could not find the female (IL2015073101).

Further down the slope I found the male pygmy (IL2015073104) in his usual spot on the side of the rock above Pygmy Rock. I was looking for the female (IL2015101402) when Kim spotted her and pointed her out to me.

Still further down the slope I looked over the rock with the rock with the Coscinaraea mcneilli colony hoping to find the female (IL2015110901) I found last week but I could not see her.

We continued on down the slope to the two white pygmies (IL2015081402 and IL2015081403). They had both moved to the adjacent rock.

We then swam to the corner in front of the caves. I needed Kim's help to find the large male pygmy (IL2015102601). We were both looking and found it at the same time. Kim headed back while I took photos.

I turned and headed back up the slope stopping at each of the pygmies on the way. I tried again to find the new female, the female on the rock with the pink sea tulips and the two at the top of the slope but was not successful.

I headed back along the boulders doing my safety stop along the way. I came across a playful octopus in the shallows and played with it to finish my safety stop. I exited on the northern side of the island where I got in.
