Kim, Mandy and I got in at the beach, descended and swam out over the sand. We initially hung to the reef on the right but as it got darker we headed out over the sand and meandered around looking for critters. We lost Kim quite early but Mandy and I stayed close until the end of the dive.
We saw a wide range of organisms including a pipefish, White's seahorse, cuttlefish, octopus, calamari squid, pleurobranchs but only one striped pyjama squid. We exited at the beach. |
