Details

My aim on this dive was to try and find the weedy scorpionfish, Rhinopias aphanes, I saw here in 2003. I failed. I was, however, rewarded with a school of 20-30 scalloped hammerheads, Sphyrna lewini. I also saw a grey reef whaler, Carcharhinus amblyrhynchos, being cleaned. The shark swum vertically in the water and slowly sunk while it was cleaned by fish. Another shark was waiting to be cleaned.
