Details

Entered at the beach next to the pool and headed along the nets under the pier. Came across a southern dumpling squid almost immediately. There were also a few seahorses on the nets, as to be expected.

We followed the nets along and went around the corner a bit and then back under the pier into deeper water. There were quite a few Plocamorpherus imperialis nudibranchs as well as other nudibranchs, seahorses and striped pyjama squid.

After spending some time in a bit deeper water, we came shallow again and headed west beside the nets. I found a ghost shrimp that kept burying itself and Sheree found a seamoth. I had never seen one before. We followed the net to the west until it started to turn north and then returned. There were quite a few striped pyjama squid out on the sand.

When we got back to the pier we slowly made our way back to the beach to exit.
