Details

We entered at The Steps and went straight down to the sand line. We followed the sand line along to the anglers and saw two weedy seadragons on the way.

Both anglers, "Little Andrew" and "Big John" were at the location we'd seen them at last weekend and were quite easy to find. "Big John"'s camouflage is excellent but if you know what to look for he can be found without too much trouble.

After leaving the anglers we continued on towards The Leap to find the Miamira magnifica nudibranch. When we arrived at its location it was nowhere to be seen. We waited a short while and it climbed out from under a rock. It was still quite early so perhaps it spends the night under cover.

We headed further towards The Leap, past the basket star and the high sponge covered rock. We saw more weedy seadragons on the way. We turned and headed back to The Steps visiting the M. magnifica and the anglers on the way. We exited at The Steps.
