We jumped in at The Leap and headed to the sand line. It was quite surgy and took a lot of effort just to get to the sand line. I was already below 200 bar by the time we got there.

We headed towards The Steps and again it was heavy going. At the rock behind Seahorse Rock we found "Kel", "Bob" and "Rosie". It was good to see "Rosie" again because we couldn't find her last time. We experimented with taking measurements of the seahorses using my pointer which I'd painted grey and added lines at 5cm intervals. It was difficult in the surge. We'll have to try again when it is a bit calmer.

A bit further on Sheree found "Lucy", one of the juvenile female pot-bellied seahorses we'd found last time. We couldn't find "Bippy", but then we didn't look that hard because of the surge. Sheree also managed to find a Ceratosoma brevicaudatum nudibranch and a velvet fish.

We continued on to "Southern Cross", finding her and "Pierre" and "Richie", also trying measuring them. By this time I was already down to around 70 bar so we needed to make a bee-line for The Steps. Sheree just had time to find the tiny painted angler, "Dana", I found last time.

After this we cruised up to 5 metres and swam to The Steps, surfacing just short. We exited at The Steps.
