Details

Another fantastic dive at The Leap.

We jumped in at The Leap and descended to the sand line. At the sand line we headed towards The Steps. On the way to Seahorse Rock, I found a reaper cuttlefish. Behind Seahorse Rock we found "Bob" and "Rosie", pot-bellied seahorses.

A little further on from the seahorses, Seb found an Okenia mellita nudibranch. This was the first time I'd ever seen one. We continued on to the next seahorse location and found "Southern Cross", "Richie", and "Pierre".

Further along we found a couple of weedy seadragons. We checked for the red painted angler, "Dana", at the rock with the sea tulips but couldn't find it.

At the small big rock, Sheree found another Okenia mellita. I had never seen them before and now I see two on the one dive.

We looked for "Little Andrew", the orange painted angler, and "Big John", the orange form undescribed angler, but couldn't find either.

We did our safety stop and exited at The Steps.
