We jumped in at The Steps, descended to the sand line and headed towards The Leap. We had a really good look for "Little Andrew", the orange painted angler, and "Big John", the orange form undescribed angler. I couldn't find "Little Andrew" but I did find "Big John" on a rock a bit higher and a bit towards The Leap.

I headed on towards The Leap. At the gap in the rocks, I headed up from the sand line to look for "Robin", the yellow painted angler. I searched the area but could not find it. I did find an octopus and saw the resident basket star nearby.

I headed back to the sand line and continued on towards The Leap and caught up with Sheree along the way. I found a tiny yellow boxfish and Sheree found a velvetfish. We spent a lot of time at Big Rock looking for pygmy pipehorses but didn't find any.

We went on a bit further towards The Leap to look for "Dana", the red painted angler but couldn't find it. We turned and headed back towards The Steps. I stopped at "Big John" on the way back, to make sure I could find it and then immediately ascended to 5 metres to do my safety stop. I exited at The Steps.
