The Leap looked choppy today, even though the swell was meant to be less. I didn't want to use the low platform as waves were washing over it so I slid down the rocks next to the platform. I then descended straight in front of the entry point as I wanted to go straight to the amphitheatre. I swam at 60° but somehow managed to end up at the wall and am not sure how that happened. Visibility at the wall was around 10 metres.

I swam along the wall towards The Steps and again spent some time looking for pygmy pipehorses on the low rocks. I found both the white and pink pygmy pipehorses in their usual spots. I also looked for the angler which appears to have moved on.

I continued on to Seahorse Rock and found "Rosie" on her usual rock. She was back on top of the rock after being on the side for the last week or so.

I swam on to the other seahorses and found "Southern Cross" immediately. As it often happens, it took me some time to find "Pierre", but I eventually found him. I left the seahorses with a bit more air than I have on the last couple of dives.

I had a good look in Seadragon Alley but only managed to find the one weedy seadragon. It was once I have seen twice before with the first time being on 8 November.

I moved up from the sand line to the top of the reef and swam along their until close to the exit. I ascended to 5 metres over the boulders and did my safety stop as I swam the last 20 metres or so to the exit. I exited at The Steps.
