For the second dive, Kim's friend Simon joined us (or I joined Kim and Simon). Simon was keen to see the white and pink pygmy pipehorses so we pretty much repeated the first dive.

We got in at the "swimming pool" on the north west corner of the island and descended to close to the start of the slope down to the caves on the corner. We went directly to the caves, around the corner and to the white and pink pygmy seahorses.

We then headed east and looked around the rocks off the corner of the reef. We lost Kim part way along. I managed to find another juvenile pygmy pipehorse which I showed to Simon. By the time I located the juvenile I'd found on the first dive, I'd lost Simon as well.

I headed slowly up the slope and at the sea tulip/sponge covered rocks I found the two pygmy pipehorses from the earlier dive. The two sentry pygmies were still at the top of the slope as I swam past.

I started my safety stop on the way to the exit and got out on the northern side just along from the ramp.

Another great dive with 8 pygmy pipehorses seen in total.
