Details

I got in on the northern side of the island just to the east of the "pool", descended and followed the sand line past the outboard motor and along over the shelf. Along the way I saw a few octopuses, including one that tried to take my camera while I was taking a photo of it.

I headed down the slope looking for pygmy pipehorses and found one near where I found one last Sunday. It may even be the same one. I took some photos of it, including with the fluoro gear.

I followed the slope down the corner and went around the corner in front of the caves. I went to the area where we'd seen the white and the pink pipehorses before hoping they'd be back but alas they weren't. I did find a squat lobster though. I have not seen one in Sydney before.

I turned can back around the corner and up the slope. I couldn't find the pygmy pipehorse I'd seen on the way down as I headed back.

I did my safety stop as I headed to the exit. I got out just near the ramp.
