Dive with The Dive Academy. Sail Rock lies between Koh Phangan and Koh Tao and is a pinnacle which rises to 15m above the surface of the water and drops to 40m below the surface. There's an underwater pinnacle to the east and some smaller pinnacles to the west.

After descending, Phil took us to the east pinnacle which we circumnavigated before swimming back to the main pinnacle which we spent the rest of the dive.
