Details

We jumped in just before high tide and it was a big high tide. We descended to the sand line, through the kelp and followed the sand line towards The Leap.

At Big John Rock we moved up over the reef to the rock where "Di" has been. We found "Di" but were not able to find "Joseph". I guess he's moved on.

We swam back to the sand line and continued on past Little Big Rock to Diversity Rock. On Diversity Rock we found "Rosie" and two pygmy pipehorses (IL2015091201 and IL2015102401). "Arnold" was on the rock behind Diversity Rock and the angler was on the rock to the left of Diversity Rock. I looked around for "Noel" but could not find him, I also couldn't find the Miamira magnifica nudibranch.

We headed towards The Leap again but kept up off the sand line as Kim couldn't take her camera below 15 metres. Just after the basket star we came on a weedy seadragon (PT2014092001).

I took Kim to the other pygmy pipehorses (IL2015072601 and IL2015092701). I found the female staight away and Kim spotted the male.

We turned and headed back. Kim stayed high while I went closer to the sand line hoping to see some more weedies and the M. magnifica. Back at Diversity Rock I had another look for "Noel". We then swam back via "Di" so I could have another look for "Joseph".

We swam to the boulders, did our safety stop and exited at The Steps. The high tide made the exit a bit easier.
