We got in at the point and swam out to the East-West shallow wall before descending. Visibility was 5 to 10 metres and the water temperature was around 20°C. There was some surge, in fact a lot more than I would have expected based on the forecast. We headed slowly east to the middle wall and then down the reef. I spotted a Nembrotha purpureolineata and then Roney found a large velvet fish.

At the rock where the four pygmies used to be we found one male and one female pygmy pipehorse. I looked around the area for others but found none.

We pushed on towards The Steps, looking on rocks for anything interesting. At the rock where Dama had found the grey angler I couldn't find it this time.

At the rock with the seahorses I found both seahorses and pointed them out to Roney and Jeroen. I then headed up to the cowries and pointed them out.

I took us down to the rock with the little red male pygmy pipehorse and found two other pygmies nearby. We then went to the Carijoa covered rock and I pointed out the dark pink male pygmy pipehorse.

We moved to the wall and on the low rock I searched for the two small pygmies there but could not find them. I also looked for the small black painted angler but couldn't find it. I did find the ornate ghostpipefish.

Jeroen was running low on air so we swam for the exit doing our safety stop along the way. We got out on the rocks just to the north of the small bay.
